Kinda Nice is fantastic! They were friendly, professional, incredibly thorough, and just genuinely great to work with. We had them do a soft wash, window cleaning, and rust removal on our 3 story house, and everything turned out beautifully. They took their time, paid attention to the details, and the house looks SO much better. Really happy with the whole experience and absolutely recommend them!

Kinda Nice is more than Nice! Thanks to Kody and Taylor for coming by to do the exterior wall cleaning, exterior window washing, pool deck and steppers pressure washing, gutters and more. They did wonderful, they are very knowledgable on what is needed for each specific job and have all the necessary equipment to do so. I was amazed that their soft washing technique left no damages to the slightly limewashed/whitewashed pattern on the external brick walls. I was worried about them getting high up on the roof to clear the gutters which are the hardest ones to reach, but they did it and cleared a whole ecosystem up there allowing better rainwater catchment and drainage. Totally glad I hired them! Thanks to Josef and Mathis also!
