We closed on our first home today, and Neal is the best realtor we could’ve asked for. We had a bad experience with our first one, and I think finding Neal was fate! He has the best personality, and he’s lived in the area forever! He’s personable, funny, and trustworthy. He will point out all the bad things in a house so that you can make an educated decision, and he won’t pressure you into anything. He’s patient, flexible, understanding, always available to answer questions, and he never makes you feel dumb, which is important for first time homebuyers! If you need a realtor and you’re considering Neal, choose him. I promise you won’t regret it. (Bonus: sometimes his dog tags along!)

She told me there was another offer coming in ( I was informed later after closing by someone that apparently there wasn't another offer ). She told me I should offer more than the asking price if I wanted the property - knowing there were a lot of repairs needed. I intended to offer less due to the repairs!!
