Had a PT session with Danny the other day. I truly enjoyed the workout/training session with him. He was very thorough and structured. I received some excellent instruction from him on form and workout strategy. Will definitely visit again.

I love this gym. They have a Crossfit Kids and my 3 children loved it. The gym is encouraging, professional, and knowledgeable about Crossfit. They value family, strength, and the community.

From the moment I stepped foot in the door I knew this was the place for me! Great group workouts, super friendly staff and members and a clean facility with all the equipment you need. I am so glad I decided to try it out-it’s definitely my happy place at 5 am!

I fell in love with this place at first glance. It is clean, neat, and organized. The coaches are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I know I can never look back, this is my new home now. The child care services are very accommodating and convenient. The athletes are also helpful and friendly, always willing to assist if you seem lost. You can't go wrong with this place.

I joined the gym recently and already feel comfortable and confident in class. The people are the best and lots of modifications and advice given to me as a newbie to weight training. Highly recommend this place and happy with my choice to use them.
