The initial inspection was done in a courteous and professional manner. James explained what he discovered and made clear recommendations. To be honest, I was very pleasantly surprised that he did not recommend that I replace the entire roof. 😊 He provided me with a quote on the cost of the work on the spot. The repairs had to be delayed a few days because Mother Nature decided to intervene. The repair crew showed up when promised, answered a couple of questions that I had and finished the work in a timely fashion. They even did an excellent job of matching shingle color so the repairs are noticeable.

This is my new roofing company for sure. Jason and his folk did a great job attacking a major ice dam, after another company apparently disconnected the heat tape. They worked late into the dark to get it all removed. then shoveled all the debris out of the way. Then gave me recommendations to prevent it happening again. Jason and his team were very professional and efficient. I had a corner in my house with major ice damning and leakage in my walls down my windows. They removed the damn quickly and without a huge cost. Inspected my interior walls and helped me comfortably decide on preventative care of heat taping the whole exterior to prevent future damns, exterior and interior damage.

They were on time and explained what needed doing, and gave us an estimate. We agreed, and they did an excellent job clearing the ice jams. They came in and advised us of issues they found and what they could do in the future to alleviate any potential problems.
