Jason and his team were very professional and efficient. I had a corner in my house with major ice damning and leakage in my walls down my windows. They removed the damn quickly and without a huge cost. Inspected my interior walls and helped me comfortably decide on preventative care of heat taping the whole exterior to prevent future damns, exterior and interior damage.

They were on time and explained what needed doing, and gave us an estimate. We agreed, and they did an excellent job clearing the ice jams. They came in and advised us of issues they found and what they could do in the future to alleviate any potential problems.

Great experience. Pir sales person stopped by to make sure we were happy with how things were going. Project manager was around all day, checking on how the project was going and how we were doing and if we had any concerns. Workers cleaned everything up as we were told.

Our old roof started leaking next to our outdated chimney and behind our walls during the summer of 2025, but we were able to patch it. However once we got into the snowy and icey season, the water started leaking behind our walls again.Rocky from S&G came out to do an inspection and was very open and honest with the findings. We could have kept patching the hole to stop the leaking, but the roof was already 19 years old and starting to show signs of major deterioration (moss, shingles lifting, etc).We ended up asking to replace the whole roof on our house ($11,700) as well as our 2 car garage ($4,130). S&G were able to get us on the schedule within a week, and once they got here both the house and garage roofs were completed in only 6 hours!It's only been 2 days since the install, but so far the workmanship seems to be very professionally done.

Over the last ice storm, our skylight broke. It was raining in our house. We called S&G on a Friday and by the next Wednesday they had the roof completely fixed. Not only was the roof fixed but you can't even tell they were here. I mean not a scrap of anything ANYWHERE. I don't think they even left foot prints 🤣. And honestly, I think the price was completely fair and their customer service and communication was amazing.I have zero complaints. Thanks guys for hauling shingles up our roof in the middle of winter. We cannot express enough gratitude.
