I came and applied to rent a mobile home and even after charging an application fee, they never had the decency to let me know if I was accepted or not. I think I got my answer but a phone call would have been appreciated. Multiple calls were never returned. Seems like an easy way to make some money. Now I’m in a position to buy a home and will steer clear from these crooks :)

My husband and I are purchasing land separately and not through a land/home package, yet Colby has gone so far out of his way to contact the realtor for us so that when we do place a home, it’s a smooth transition. The young lady who was helping me to FAX copies to Keith Herrington concerning a septic tank installation was very nice. I never heard back from him, concerning the septic tank installation. I found another person instead of waiting over a week now for him to get back to me. There are a lot of trailers on the lot, but there are cheaper places to shop than Herrington's Mobile homes.

If you’re looking for your forever home then go straight to Herrington’s! We had looked around for months but didn’t realize our home was local and close by! Josh was awesome and made the process of buying our home so easy! Mr Keith has been in touch with us from start to finish and they made the process so fast and easy! We are so happy in our new home!
