Our ceiling started dripping into our bedroom floor. OTM was at our condo within a few hours. They put down containment plastic, and extracted everything and set up drying equipment. They coordinated with HOA. Once the roof was patched by roofer they came back and replaced the ceiling drywall and finished it all. Looks like nothing happened. Also handled all the insurance paperwork. Recommend

I'm so impressed with Jairo and Joshua's work. I had some unexpected water damage behind a kitchen cabinet with a mold situation, too. They took care of everything in less than 48 hours. The whole process was smooth, and these guys are super honest, down-to-earth, and easy to work with. I never felt like once they were trying to upsell me on anything or make me pay for something I didn't need. They even kept me updated the entire time while they were working on the location and shared pictures, letting me know why they were doing what they were doing. No scare tactics. No dishonest opinions. Just people who genuinely wanted to help. I will 100% work with them again if I ever have any issues.

I had OTM ((Jairo) working on my unit on a mold remediation issue. The work was outstanding, and so was the service provided. Simply put, excellent! The only issue was a misunderstanding or better put, the assumption that "what they fix they put back together" as most repairs work.
