The ice maker in our refrigerator was not working and Alex diagnosed the problem and fixed it so the service call was completed to our satisfaction. Alex was polite, professional and kept us informed of everything he found and did.

They were able to come out next day. Troubleshoot the problem within 10 mins and order the part. Only issue was shipping was a few days late. But install was less then an hour. Went online to request service on Tuesday and at 9:00 am Thursday, Alex was at the house to repair our oven. By 10:00 am Alex had fixed the issue and we had a working oven again. Guy seemed nice at first merti I think his name was didnt find the leak. Asked to buy my motorcycle we made a deal he would venmo the money. I later told him that dishwasher is still leaking and sent a video. They charged me 130 dollars to come over, run my washing machine and tell me It needed a new belt, which I knew, and another $130 to come back and replace it. Robert was a very friendly and professional repairman. The part took longer to arrive than promised (probably not Neighborhood's fault). The staff was very helpful in tracking down the part.

Excellent experience. My dryer wasn’t producing any heat. They showed up, took a look and, unfortunately, needed to order parts. About a week later, they came back with parts and did the job in about an hour. On his way out, Robert noticed the handle on my door was loose. Pulled out his toolbox to fix it but he didn’t have the right screw. Still, nice of him to try. Great company.
