My dishwasher was leaking. The tech came out on a Thursday and they had to order a part for the door. The part came in pretty quickly and the tech came back out on the following Monday to repair. He was very quick at installing the part. About an hour after he left, there was a nice big puddle of water on the floor under the dishwasher, which also soaked under the rug. First, I called the tech's cell phone to let them know the dishwasher was still leaking. He didn't answer, so I called the office. The agent on the phone was friendly enough and seemed genuinely concerned and said she would let the technician know to reach back out to me so he could come back and check out the issue. I didn't hear back from him that day, so I called back on Tuesday. Still no answer on his phone, so again I called the office. The agent on the phone said that he had me on his route and would be giving me a call. Tuesday went by, still no call from the technician. On Wednesday, I called the technician's cell phone again, he finally answered and said he would be by later that day. Well, it's been a week now, and still no word from the technician. $385 later, my dishwasher is still leaking! I guess I will have to take them to small claims court because they did not fulfill their part of the contract. I would NOT EVER recommend this company full of shysters!! Buyer BEWARE!!
