Alex was wonderful. He spent along time here tying to make sure he had the correct diagnosis on my washing machine. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable and explained everything as he was doing and when ever he got a code he would explained and tell me is he would need to further look it to it. Had an older stackable washer/dryer tech was super clean with booties and gloves. Precise and knowledgeable. But more importantly was honest and said it would be best to get another one because of how much it would cost to fix would be more than getting new! I applaud this company and glad there are still companies like this in our workforce. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
