Brandy at the office was quick and detailed in providing the necessary paperwork. The crew was phenomenal and did awesome work. They had a yard regrading that required significant prep which they completed quickly and accurately. They also trimmed and cleared for fall prep. Lastly they planted a tree and bush to finish the landscaping. Given the seeding I anticipate the continued follow up to be excellent as well. This is the second time I had Chad's Landscaping perform yard maintenance, it was another great experience. Matt arrived, introduced himself and we walked through what I wanted complete and he sent me an estimate in a timely fashion. They scheduled the work when it fit my schedule. The crew arrived early and I met the lead, Ismail, for the project. He and his team worked efficiently, they cleaned up as they worked. Matt added a few extras since the machine was there for stump grinding. The entire crew was polite and hard working. Also, Brandy was very helpful when I called the office with questions.
