I can't really say much about them or any other person of business in real estate. All I know is here I am 66 years old retired now with a steady income yet no one yet will help me?? Why... Plain and simple I'm to old... I don't reviver enough... or the low credit score scares them off. If you don't mind me saying this part. It's that now most banks are only creditable according to there holdings. Compared to a regular person like me the growth of whatever holdings I have now are spent on groceries and rent I don't even have enough for the casino. So I challenge any one of them to provide that help they do proudly boast of. And get me a home once again. Even B of A knowing my wife's death came unexpected . And admittedly knowing those old joint accounts we had were no longer valid. Still didn't stop the none payments on my behalf from dirty brother inlaw. But hold me accountable for bank fraud . I'd theft defaults on a loan that were .my x wife's fiduciary duty. Even knowing that .... Smile and say we're sorry these things happen . It's not your fault.. yet my credit is ruined now and will continue for 7 years even after it's discovered.. What type of businesses are we now .. help me out then I'll make my review . Less
