Would NOT recommend! First off, I never write Google reviews, but I felt inclined as this company is so bad at customer service, follow up, and doing the job they actually promised. I had them side my entire house. There were multiple up charges and damages to the house along the way. When they wrap your windows, they don’t tell you that the windows become smaller and now screens won’t fit… That information would’ve been helpful upfront. It’s been pulling teeth to get them to do anything for my request. I’ve been waiting for them to replace screens for 7 months now hence why I’m writing this post. I’ve reached out maybe 10 times, and it’s always the runaround. Also, nails I still find everywhere and they cut off an irrigation pipe which has to be replaced. They slapped a Band-Aid on it and told me it was fixed. When I turned the irrigation system on in the spring, it almost took my head off as they didn’t secure the faucet to the pipe. That has to be replaced, $1500.. grass was killed, landscaping trampled, driveway damaged…The only good employees at this company are the actual laborers themselves. Great people, they are the MVPs. The actual “work” isn’t bad, but everything about this company is sub par. I would not recommend. It’s a shame because I never post reviews like this to hurt a company, but when you don’t deliver and they ignore you for months on email / calls.. so here’s your review. Less

I cannot say enough good things about Reliable! Rob was the sales/quote person to start the project and he was very helpful throughout the entire process, checking in with me multiple times to keep me updated and in the loop. Carol was a absolute doll and very nice and easy to deal with will the scheduling. When she told me someone would be there "Tuesday at 8am" the staff showed up Tuesday at 8am. I had 2 doors replaced, my entire house was striped and vinyl siding was added, all my trim work was updated and new gutters and down spouts were installed. The window crew was very nice and professional and cleaned up after themselves when finished inside my home. The siding crew was also very nice and you could tell that they really cared how my home looked. They sent out a roofer to check out our situation who provided great insight and didn't try to sell or push anything (and in fact talked me out of an option based on his experience). After executing the contract, they informed me a day or two later that a dumpster would be arriving and the job would be done in the next 3-5 days. I was actually away when the work was performed, but from what I could tell they protected our plants and trees and the house very well, and cleanup was nearly spotless. The work itself is great. They replaced the roof, installed a ridge vent, and removed a failed exhaust fan (and some other vents), repairing the voids and you'd never know they were there. Professional from beginning to end. I highly recommend Reliable for roofing, and will consider them for future jobs in their other areas. Less

We received several estimates prior to the job, and Reliable stuck out as being the most reasonably priced by far. We saw that they had a lot of good reviews online, so it seemed like a no-brainer to pick them for the job. They have a really hardworking team that got there early every morning and was there until the sun went down. They even came on several Saturdays. For the sake of being transparent though, we dealt with a lot of stress throughout the process in terms of communication mostly. Our quote included aluminum wrapped trim, and it took a lot of back and forth to figure out what our other options were and how that affected the price. The dumpster was dropped off before the email was sent to move the cars from the garage. The crew showed up a week before the start date we were given (a good thing to get it done earlier, but disruptive when blocked in on the way to work). There were unfinished edges and marks that we had to ask for them to come back and correct. It made us feel like we were naggy clients, but it was an expensive job that we just wanted to make sure we were happy with the final result. At the end of the day, they rectified everything. The lead contractor made countless trips to the house and vocalized our concerns to the workers. I do appreciate the professionalism and that we are left with a really beautiful home, so thank you. First they really took there time but the six workers that were there were very rude and constantly swearing at the top of their lungs no regard for my children let alone adults and when I called the office she laughed and said they have to do that ok whatever then day after they yelled louder and swore more than before horrible experience

The Condo Association decided it was time for all Unit Owners to replace the Front - Large Bay Window; to Freshen up our Exterior Façade. We had three window companies come out and provide Quotes. The Quotes were so expensive, confusing to read and almost impossible to understand unless you are in the Business. A Close Friend of mine referred me to Reliable Window and Siding in Stoughton. (Reliable Window and Siding Installed all their Windows over 10+ Years ago when they bought their House in Needham – The Windows Still Look and Work Like they are Brand New!) After meeting with Rob; I knew this was the Company for us. We felt very comfortable and confident. I proposed the Quote provided by Reliable to the Condo Association; which was Significantly Lower than the other three Quotes provided. Thanks to Carol and the rest of the Staff; The Association was able to narrow down the Type of Window and Trim. Had them back to my home to replace melted/distorted siding they installed 11 years ago. Total failure in communication between Robby and Carol regarding scope of work. Workman took no pride in their work, did poor job on some aspects. Would not use again or recommend to others.

We had a great experience. We love our new sliding door. They came out right away and gave estimate. Carol kept us posted on everything, she is great. Rob and the guys not only did a great job , but also were friendly and answered all of our questions along the way.
