We decided to use Clearstone solutions based on reviews and the fact they were a fairly local family run business. It is safe to say that we could not have been any happier with the service they have provided. From the very first phone call it was obvious that Shaun and the team were extremely professional and provided me with answers to all my questions. Once Shaun had visited our property he produced a tailored quotation with an overview of all options. We were content with the quotation and proceeded with booking the team in to conduct the clean. We were provided with a pre-work plan and questionnaire which ensured we knew exactly what to expect and what precautions the team would take to ensure our plants and grounds were protected. First off, Shaun and his team were absolutely amazing! I cannot understand how much of a difference clear stones solutions made to our home. We moved into our home about 2 months ago and, while we saw lots of potential, the whole house was in need of some good TLC. We thought we’d have to repaint all the walls and get them all redone to get the house looking nice again and remove the rusted looking drip stains all down the walls. A massive job and costing a fortune to be sure! Then Shaun knocks on our door and lets us know that all that isn’t necessary and actually what it needed was a wash! Basically turning a month of painting into a days work and my wife and I could not be more pleased with the result! The house looks brand new and we didn’t have to lift a finger! Shaun and his colleges cleaned all the front, back and sides as well as our conservatory. They did spot that we had a little leak in the conservatory roof and rather than flooding the house, did the extremely professional thing and let us know and promising a return to clean that section as soon as we get the roof fixed. Clearstone softwashed my home's render in September 2021, and it still looks brilliant 9 months on. Shaun kindly provided a two-year warranty, and agreed to transfer this to the new owner of my home once sold.

We use Clearstone Solutions for our Business Centre window cleaning and they are superb, so it was not a difficult choice when it came to me finding a team to clean our solar panels on the roof. The team were efficient and did a great job, completed it in good time, and were considerate to all of our users whilst working.

Having underestimated the amount of time it would take to clean the moss off the roofs and therefore unable to leave the site in a clean state on the Friday, they came back after the weekend and cleared up beautifully! Overall a pretty good job and I would recommend them!

Clearstone used chemical softwash system to restore algae stained render. Plants were looked after - no residual issues. The house looks 100% better. A small amount of window frame paint was removed by accident. This issue was dealt with promptly and fully within a short time. Good aftersales service.

Over the time that CLEARSTONE SOLUTIONS have been cleaning my flat windows once in June and today 15th September 2021 I have had my home sprayed with water from the negligence of the window cleaner they can clearly see my windows are open as wide as they can go but still persist to clean them with out asking if I could pull them shut in order for them to do it. I find this is an absolute joke and upon speaking to the owner of the company in June the person who done it was meant to come and apologies but this never happened instead I just got them all scouting through my windows as they drove off Today I was on the phone and I have heard what sounds like rain fall looked out my window couldn’t see rain but could still hear it on the other side of my flat to be confronted by water on my window ledges and no notification that the windows were going to be cleaned today so again I called them up and complained this had happened again and that I would be getting an apology again. I have the calls recorded and pictures of there actions and the company vans to show who is responsible for the damages happening to my belongings and home. I’ve had enough they clearly have no respect for the company owner or clients. I have just had one of the window cleaners come up to my flat on this occasion 12:29pm with an almost hostile stance and no remorse in his voice but still he has the decency to offer to come and clean the mess up and make the journey up the stairs and appeared to understand my irritation at this happening AGAIN The company need to put procedures in place to ensure this isn’t a recurring incident and make sure owners and management are respected rather than just there. I asked Clearstone to remove a plastic paint coating from the outside of my 300y old cottage. It was a very difficult job, and took far longer than any of us expected. Mr Adams the owner was honest and decent with his costing, and devoted resources in excess of what would normally be required in order to get the job done.

We had a problem with moss that had accumulated on the tiles of our roof. Our neighbour had a nightmare with some people who used pressure cleaning with a high power hose. Clearstone were quite different. Their Soft Wash process worked well - made a hell of a mess, but they cleared up beautifully. Good job, well done

Clearstone performed a deep clean on the exterior walls of my house plus the rear patio. A thorough professional service by people who were interested in doing a good job with a smile on their face. I use them regularly for cleaning windows internally and externally at the two schools I work within. I have also used them recently to clean play equipment and a large external wall - very pleased with all the results and the way the team communicate and conduct themselves.

The Clearstone team are exemplary, lead by the lovely Shaun. We've used the company for patio cleans, office deep cleans including 'fogging' during Covid times, and most recently for a render clean of the entire outside of the building.
