They took great care in preparation and safety precautions and left the site really clean and tidy. True professionals , expert operators and the most advanced technology with equipment and materials.Very highly recommended - don't be tempted by amateurs with just a pressure washer! - this treatment is a world apart.

The first appointment with Clearstone Solutions for window cleaning was today. I had a text message from the company to confirm the time and date and who would be attending. Ashley turned up on time and was quickly cleaning the windows and frames. The job has left my windows sparkling and Ashley was very polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company to others if you want a quick and professional job.

I have used Clearstone Solutions twice for exterior cleaning of a 3 storey house,roughcast finish,three times for cleaning a large patio and brick driveway and once for gutter cleaning.This last job was particularly difficult but was achieved extremely well.I rate Clearstone a first class company,very well managed,their work is first class and as a bonus their people are very friendly and easy to work with.I wish them continued success.

The customer service is warm and friendly with nothing being too much and everything as promised from start to finish. Plenty of communication so you know what you are going to get and when. Lovely clear website that allows you to fill in a questionnaire to establish the costs of having the windows cleaned and loads of add on’s if required.When we initially got the leaflet through the door if did make you wonder if it’s all too good to be true but checked them out on line to make sure it was real and everything was laid out as per the leaflet plus more.It was really easy to fill in the form on line for a quote. We had a couple of queries and got a response quickly. The friendliness wasn’t a gimmick to sign you up and a quick phone call confirmed that everything would be fine. Lots of texts and emails followed testing you like you were one of the family and nothing is too much trouble.On the day of the clean it was everything they said it would be. Clean vans and the guys in uniform doing everything they said they would do.The windows weren’t cleaned by someone using a grubby rag leaving smears and all done in 5 minutes. The sills were cleaned as were the frames and windows clear. Wonderful.I also like that you get a follow up phone call afterwards to check everything was to our satisfaction and what more was needed if anything. We will add on the pergola roof for the next clean and we already know how much this will cost. No hidden extras at allI’m glad we followed up on the leaflet drop because we are now getting some professional cleaning for our windows and they also do gutter cleaning, facia cleaning, pressure washing plus more. No water is used from your tap as everything is transported in the van.Highly recommend and looking forward to next time

Really good. Lots of communication, clear expectations of arrival dates. Never knew when previous would arrive. Matthew arrived on time and took his time to ensure the first clean was thorough to pick up anything missed previously. Very friendly staff from arranging to being on site.Will definitely stick to the schedule.They use a very good website to organise changes or review/confirm appointment dates or to request further services.

My windows were in great need of a proper clean. They were covered in brick dust from building work and there was some moss growth on one of them. They now look pristine after the first clean. Also, the communication has been super friendly and very customer focused.
