I had a great experience buying my vehicle through Need a Car Trenton. This was my first time actually going through the process of buying a vehicle, and John and James made the whole thing incredibly easy and low stress. John went above and beyond helping me figure out what would actually work for me and my family, answering approximately 400 questions, and steering me in the right direction without ever making me feel pressured into something that wasn't a good fit. James was equally great walking me through the paperwork, warranty, and all the less exciting but important parts of buying a car. They were straightforward, patient, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of before I picked it up. I never felt rushed or like I was getting a stereotypical dealership sales pitch. After finally saying goodbye to my 2007 Saturn Ion after over 300,000 km and an unreasonable amount of emotional attachment, they made moving on considerably less traumatic for me. Would absolutely recommend Need a Car Trenton, and especially John and James.

20 years ago my car broke down and I was a single mom with two kiddos, and I work straight across the city, I went to reg, with zero credit, zero history, and every bank he tried, they said no. So he took a chance on me, and got me into a car. My little Mitsubishi lancer, I loved that car, it treated me well in many many ways. Because reg took a chance and in house financed me, he started my credit journey, and it just built from there. I recently have found myself in a not ideal situation, and I’m telling you right now, this man has done some serious witchcraft again and got me into another great car that I can afford. I had given up on searching until I found need a car.ca add on Facebook. I decided to give it a try and request a call back. Raihan took time out of his Sunday to give me a call, listened to all of my requirements and demands. I was trading a vehicle that was financed with a low credit score. He started immediately to search for my new vehicle asked a few questions to know more details and within hours I had many vehicle to pick from. Because I had a budget, I needed to ensure the minimum payment required to be able to say yes to a car. Raihan was patient and took the time to give me all of the biweekly payments for every vehicle that I was inquiring for. I inquired about over 10 different types of vehicles, I questioned the biweekly payments the warranty, the mileage what I was looking for in every vehicle, the link to the car on their website. Raihan did not once made me feel like I was difficult or asking to much out of him. He was there all throughout the selection . He was able to approve me for a low interest rate on a used 2024 Kia suv when I thought I could only have a 2021 to 2022 used vehicle. Because before going to needacar.ca other dealerships were not or did not seem like they cared what I would be driving or to get me the best finance deal. Once the vehicle was selected, all paperwork was done sufficiently without any issues. The vehicle was delivered to me on the day he had confirmed and my trade-in was picked up. Raihan called me two times during the first week to see and ensure I was satisfied with the vehicle or had any questions. I sincerely recommend Raihan from needacar.ca in Toronto. its a busy work place with quite a volume and i manage the payables for all the location.management is really helpful and co workers are cooperative and work as a team. Due to Volume, sometimes the workload is very high but i learned to work in pressure and multitasking is quite easy for me. the best thing is that there are nor report to's so freedom to work on your own gives me sense of responsibility. Pros: free lunches and flexible hours Cons: volume is very high
