I had given up on searching until I found need a car.ca add on Facebook. I decided to give it a try and request a call back. Raihan took time out of his Sunday to give me a call, listened to all of my requirements and demands. I was trading a vehicle that was financed with a low credit score. He started immediately to search for my new vehicle asked a few questions to know more details and within hours I had many vehicle to pick from. Because I had a budget, I needed to ensure the minimum payment required to be able to say yes to a car. Raihan was patient and took the time to give me all of the biweekly payments for every vehicle that I was inquiring for. I inquired about over 10 different types of vehicles, I questioned the biweekly payments the warranty, the mileage what I was looking for in every vehicle, the link to the car on their website. Raihan did not once made me feel like I was difficult or asking to much out of him. He was there all throughout the selection . He was able to approve me for a low interest rate on a used 2024 Kia suv when I thought I could only have a 2021 to 2022 used vehicle. Because before going to needacar.ca other dealerships were not or did not seem like they cared what I would be driving or to get me the best finance deal. Once the vehicle was selected, all paperwork was done sufficiently without any issues. The vehicle was delivered to me on the day he had confirmed and my trade-in was picked up. Raihan called me two times during the first week to see and ensure I was satisfied with the vehicle or had any questions. I sincerely recommend Raihan from needacar.ca in Toronto.
