I have been using Units Storage since September of last year so I had to rent two pods for 6 months. I needed a pod because the renovations for my new house were not done. It was delivered the next day. The delivery man who dropped the pod off was very polite and efficient. I then had to be out of my existing house earlier than scheduled and needed another pod asap. Matt from Units quickly found me an available pod and had it delivered right away. In the meantime, I was having a fence installed and needed one of the pods moved and Matt was willing to send the delivery guy over and move it, but thankfully the fence company didn’t need it moved after all. Whatever I needed they were quick to help me which made the frustration of moving a much easier. I highly recommend this company for your storage needs.

Probably one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. We had the pod both delivered and picked up in Baltimore City in an area where parking can be a challenge, but Units absolutely delivered. Units worked with us to get a street permit for the pod while we were packing it and did a really great job getting it into a spot safe from traffic and out of the bike lane when they delivered the pod to our new house! Matt at Units was super responsive, the contents remained safe and clean, and the delivery personnel were on time.

Every time they are all so professional. From the people that answer the phones to the delivery and pick up guys. One of a few companies that show up when they say they are going to show up‼️ I used the storage unit, placed in my driveway, to give me space to empty out each room as I remodeled and did electrical work in my home.Thanks, Bob
