Jamie was exceptional as our auctioneer. He was extremely clear and concise with his message pre auction and made us feel extremely comfortable and confident in what he was about to do. We went in with a specific game plan and we were 100% across every element of it. The way he complimented the house without overdoing it in front of his audience was awesome! But where he really shone was the auction. It was an extremely slow auction due to the bidders but Jamie hung in there and made sure he drew every last dollar out of them. We ended up with an amazing result and large part of that was because of the job Jamie did. I will continue to go down the auction path with future sales, and will continue to use Jamie.
