I had to jump on and give a shoutout to my last service rep, Dawson. The dude crushed it! The weather was terrible outside and he still went through and did the entire service. In addition to that, we had taken away the mouse boxes in the front and stacked them over by the fence because we thought that it had done it's job. He went ahead and refilled them, and then put them in places in the back that would help keep out future mice. On top of that, he went around the entire house and knocked down every single little wasp nest that he could find. Neither of those things were expected by me and I also can't tell you how terrible the weather was. He was great and I feel like this is the type of service that I see month after month.
