Just had Tristan, our assigned technician come back out to treat a sudden onslaught of elm seed beetles. When he arrived, I had hosed off our back patio to get ready for him to do a fresh application. In doing so, I had made it so that he would have to come back once the patio was dry to apply the treatment. He was willing to do so and sprayed additional areas at that time and then returned twice as the patio was still wet. He is extremely pleasant and said he loves his job. I turned away a competitor this week that was pushing the sale extra hard because I am completely happy with Guardian and Tristan's service. Less
