Answered his own phone (not call center), listened and provided answers to my questions (really, gave actual answers), scheduled me for a day and time that worked (fit my schedule, truly!), called before he got here (kept his word) and did the work (perfectly and efficiently!) My oven works great again, I thank you so much! Next time I have any appliance problems, I'll be giving you a call!
