I'm a mid 50's big guy (a bit out of shape :), and I've been coming here for over a year and have enjoyed every session. Now, I'm not saying I've lost a ton of weight, but I feel physically better and notice small improvements in everything I do.Coach Key is so supportive and positive, and every other member is supportive as well. They don't judge me or push me too hard. There are some days I do really well and keep up and other days that are not so great. The point is I feel good after every session, and am glad I came.Coach Key also organizes outside activities throughout the year that are fun- that is where we get to know our fellow members better.Overall, I am so glad to be a part of Mafia Kickboxing and I encourage anyone (fit or not) to give it a try. I think you will like it.

Will you get in shape? Yes. Will you learn better coordination? For sure. Buy thing that really makes this place stand out, is the energy. It’s so high vibrational in there. The members are welcoming from the moment you arrive, and they make you want to keep going. Mafia Kickboxing has become my family in just a few months. You can get in shape at plenty of places. But gaining meaningful connections simultaneously is a welcomed bonus. Once you come you’ll be hooked!

Overall great experience. It’s structured and challenging as well as very fun. Instructors make it easy for beginners to learn technique and endurance. I’ve seen progress myself. I’ve just started and already lost a nice amount of weight with the classes. Highly recommend to people looking to level up in a supportive tribe of people. You’ll love it, the environment is welcoming and non judgmental.

They wasted my time. I just moved here and I’m looking for a new gym. I was denied the class because I wouldn’t buy their gloves . The message I saw to confirm my spot says they have new gloves for $30 rather than you need to bring gloves or else pay $30 because they have none to rent . I’ve taught boxing and never went to a gym that didn’t have extra gloves for newbies on site. I wish people would stop marketing “free class” when there’s an expense to be paid.

Coach Highkey is great! He's encouraging and keeps you well informed. The other kickboxers are great, as well. I started in January (as someone who is not athletic) and the other members are so kind in showing you how to improve/grow. I also love that Mafia Kickboxing has events for members to attend and get to know each other! I love supporting small and Black owned businesses!
