I absolutely love this place! All of the instructors and other members are super encouraging and welcoming. The workouts are always challenging and very rewarding. Never have I ever stayed that long with a gym. The staff is great, motivating super friendly, and the workouts are really challenging ! Instructors and members make it so you push yourself all the time.
