They wasted my time. I just moved here and I’m looking for a new gym. I was denied the class because I wouldn’t buy their gloves . The message I saw to confirm my spot says they have new gloves for $30 rather than you need to bring gloves or else pay $30 because they have none to rent . I’ve taught boxing and never went to a gym that didn’t have extra gloves for newbies on site. I wish people would stop marketing “free class” when there’s an expense to be paid.

Coach Highkey is great! He's encouraging and keeps you well informed. The other kickboxers are great, as well. I started in January (as someone who is not athletic) and the other members are so kind in showing you how to improve/grow. I also love that Mafia Kickboxing has events for members to attend and get to know each other! I love supporting small and Black owned businesses!

If you haven’t been here yet, go! I moved to the area a few years ago from MA and was looking for a new KB gym down here when I stumbled into this place. It was all I was looking for and more. Key is the best coach and will make you feel like you’re home the first time you walk through the door. All the members are welcoming and it quickly becomes a 2nd family! The workouts are killer, in the best way. I just joined 2 months ago and have already lost over 15 lbs, but better yet - I love going to the gym again. Don’t get me wrong, it’s hard work but it’s so worth it. If you’re on the hunt for a gym to help build you into a better version of yourself, come join us :)

This kickboxing place is great! The workouts are always high energy throughout and so fun! Coach HighKey is a great instructor- so motivated and inspiring! The music playlists are amazing and make you feel so pumped up! I always feel I’m getting the best workout! This place gives a good positive vibes and I highly recommend it to everyone wanting an awesome workout!

This place is seriously the BEST workout I’ve ever had in my life. I burn around 500–600 calories every class, and on top of that I’m learning real self-defense moves (you never know when that might come in handy!).The vibe here is awesome—the owner is such a great guy and an amazing motivator. He’s been running the studio for like 10 years, and you can tell he really cares about the people who come through the door. The hip-hop music is always on point and keeps the energy up—you can’t help but push yourself harder.The people here are so sweet and fun too. A few weeks ago they even had a pool party, and it was such a great way to meet everyone outside of class. Honestly, it feels more like a family than just a gym.If you want a workout that’s fun, high-energy, and super effective, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

Mafia is undoubtedly one of the most impactful and enjoyable kickboxing classes I’ve ever been to. ( I can already see a difference within a month)As a complete newbie to kickboxing, I was a little hesitant to get into a group class with these super strong amazing people around me but TRUST ME, that’s the energy that helps you the most. The coach is amazing, the people are genuinely fun to be around and it’s just the overall energy that makes you want to come here everyday :) TOTALLY RECOMMEND

Just moved here from another studio about 2 months ago. The Coach/Owner was so welcoming . Really enjoy this studio. He’s goes into detail and explains everything in every bag round.All the people at the studio were so welcoming to . Highly recommend Mafia Studio if you want a really good workout

This is the most fun, challenging, and rewarding work out experience I’ve done. Coach motivates us inside and outside of the gym. All other members welcome you and encourage you in every class as well. I can’t wait to keep improving and my fitness level with the best kickboxing classes I’ve ever done. I joined Mafia Lane Kickboxing in January and have loved every class so far! The coach is always so supportive and nice, the community is great and the workouts are HARD in the best way possible. I highly recommend giving Mafia Land Kickboxing a try!!
