I dropped into Blues City CrossFit for a month while I was home visiting family, and I have absolutely loved attending this gym. The space and equipment are great and the classes are offered at great times throughout the day. Steve, Erin, and the coaches and other attendees have been great in welcoming me and helping get me set up.

When I moved to St. Louis I was looking for a CrossFit gym where I could continue to learn and develop. Not only has Blues City allowed me to do that, but I have also found an amazing community in the process. 100% recommend to anyone and everyone in the STL area, or those just dropping in!

Very fun experience. First timer here doing an actual class workout for CrossFit. I knew the moves but it was nice that multiple people there would help with form and what weight I should stick too. Very helpful. Very friendly. If you’re new or advanced or slightly in between I would suggest checking them out. They kick your butt by doing it in a friendly yet competitive manner.

As my fitness journey is changing I decided to give CrossFit a try. Blues City Athletics has gave me the opportunity to explore with their Bring a Buddy trial. From a personal experience, I welcome feedback, the coaches always give me tips/guidance how to do any given movement better, if I need to scale, they are very knowledgeable to scale the movement, not to just dumb down, but as an opportunity to use the proper progression technique to actually achieve that full movement eventually.
