I’ve been coming to Apex since 2019, it is the best gym in the area. I brought my younger nephews in for a trial class and the coaches did a great job helping them feel comfortable and helped them through the techniques. I would recommend this gym for all levels of experience.

Pretty good session today, I felt very welcomed and the training environment was very nice. The coach was not annoyed by my constant mistakes and was eager to help me. All and all, I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to train in any combat sport. I think for my next scheduled classes I will go with wrestling instead of BJJ, just because of my personal preferences. 5 stars overall.

amazing place! as a woman i was a little intimidated to start boxing but they make it a safe space, all of the instructors are kind, and it’s great exercise! they take a “throw you in the deep end” approach to teaching but they coach all-levels at the same time which helped me learn quicker and allowed me to learn 1-1 skills rather than being on a bag the whole time. definitely try that first free class :)

My training experience at Apex has been amazing. The facility is clean and has two floors, which allows for plenty of room. Besides the physical features of the gym, the community and training environment are by far the best part. All class instructors are extremely knowledgeable and put tons of emphasis on answering all questions. The gym's atmosphere is both welcoming and uplifting, which makes forming new friendships almost inevitable. Lastly, the community is the biggest reason I've chosen Apex. Everyone here genuinely wants to see one another succeed, which creates a supportive feeling like no other.

It's undeniably the finest gym experience I've ever had. Coaches are some of the most friendly and knowledgeable individuals. Coaches go above and beyond to create a comfortable training environment that is personalized to your own goals. The members of the gym are just as friendly as the coaches. It doesn't just feel like a gym but a community. What is also drilled in class is practical for self-defense. During the Wednesday MMA class a few weeks ago, we worked on a standing ninja choke, which I ended up needing to use this past weekend at my security job to break up an altercation. This gym truly feels like home.
