Clements did a lovely job of resurfacing and updating our swimming pool. We have 11 grandkids and 1 great-grand....this summer we had the blessing of having several visits. They all mentioned how great the new tiles looked....."WOW! The pool looks really nice!" During their night swim they were thrilled to see Clements had installed a new light.....that got a lot of "WOW, COOL!" comments. Our pool pump was not as quiet as it was usually. I was reading the reviews from other repair companies and CLEMENTS WAS FAR ABOVE THE REST .By the next morning SCOTT showed up in a Clements truck and in less than 30 minutes he had our pump as quiet as the day it was installed. He put two TAPCOM screws into the concrete base that the pump was sitting on and that totally fixed the problem . The noise was from the pump Vibrating on the concrete base and the screws stopped the vibrations.A SIMPLE FIX ! We recently had a problem with our 13 year-old pool pump. I called Clements and they came to inspect the problem later that afternoon. As I suspected, a new pump was needed. I received an estimate that day and Scott installed it the following day. He showed me how to operate the new pump and made sure I had no questions before leaving. My pool is beautiful again.
