Tanya came to our rescue as much as Chino's, (we hadn't had a dog before).He has settled beautifully, knows his commands and plays with his doggy friends regularly. Tanya was patient with Chino. She took the time to understand how he would learn best and then implemented a lesson plan for Chino. We have followed Tanya's plan and advice and now have a very well adjusted and happy, healthy kelpie. I recommend using Bails Paw Pet Services. The rates are very competitive. I have just finished puppy school with my boy Oakley and cannot recommend this more. I spent a fair bit of time looking at what other trainers offered and felt it was quite basic. Having owned a dog before I was confident with the basic stuff but wanted more help with certain puppy behaviours and socialisation. Our Oakley has taken to everything Tanya has taught us and we've gotten on top of a lot of behaviours or know how to handle them. This is the kind of training that should be offered at puppy schools. We initially got in touch with Tanya as we have a big dog who was very reactive towards other dogs, making it difficult when on walks and trying to get him to socialise with other dogs. Tanya's growly to Waggy program helped our dog to overcome a lot of his issues and become a much easier dog to walk and take out and about. We then moved onto intermediate where our dog got a lot more exposure to other dogs and also has learned a lot of new things. We have continued to do the classes on a regular basis as our dog loves it so much. He has become a much better dog because pf all Tanya's help.The training has been so helpful that we felt confident enough to get a new puppy, which we never could have done previously. We are now enrolled in puppy school which is going great. I cannot recommend Tanya enough and would encourage everyone to use her services.

We had a great time at Puppy school Ruby Rose was in her element. We went home and practiced a lot of what we learnt in class which were very important cues not just to see how clever our pup was but also to teach her very important safety commands.
After the learning was done our pups played so well together. Ruby would go home exhausted.
Great to help her keep social.

Tanya always takes the time to explain things in a clear and easy-to-understand way, and Tanya had a lot of great tips for how to train my dog effectively. We have also had Tanya come into our house for 1:1 sessions to work on introducing our senior spoiled dog to our new puppy. I also loved how much my dogs seemed to enjoy working with her - she is very patient and kind, and it was clear that she genuinely cares about the dogs she is working with. We went from jumping on everyone, always being super hyper and one of he girls we couldn't even get a harness or lead on, now they walk on their leashes, sit calmly and not run out the front door and down the street.They are so much happier. We've had several pets trained with Bails Paw Pet services. Tanya is so extremely knowledgable and patient with all the animals she trains. You can tell that she truely cares for the animals that she trains and always goes above and beyond to make them feel comfortable and ensure results! I cannot recommend Bails Paw Pet services enough!

I have two crazy Jack Russels that are always running around excitedly & I needed to teach them some basic commands & help them settle down sometimes when we had visitors. Tanya showed them how to sit, go to bed, walk off lead and showed me how to get them to calm down. I thought it was going to be so much harder but with Tanyas help they learnt so quickly.

Highly recommend Bails Paws training. We went puppy school and I personally found it of great benefit to my goldie. Every class was super fun and I was actually quite surprised at how well and how quickly my puppy leant basic commands thanks to Tanya’s training techniques. She was even great with offering advice for other problems I was having with my pup. I highly recommend these classes and am looking forward to doing the next level of training with her in the new year.

Our family has just returned from overseas, we left our pug for the very first time in the care of Tanya. It was a big deal to leave our fur baby, but from the first meeting with Tanya we knew our little man would be just fine. Nothing was to much trouble for Tanya we received daily photos or videos whilst away. Tanya even looked after my daughters fighting fish and also cleaned the tank, without being asked. We returned to one very happy dog! you would not have thought we had even been away. I cannot recommend this service enough. Would not leave our pets in the care of anyone else. A huge thank you Tanya The Hallett’s!

I can now settle them when they get over excited, have them sit while I prepare food instead of jumping all over me, they are starting to come when called but most importantly I can now have my friends toddler come over without them bowling her over. We can’t recommend Tanya and her pet services highly enough. She clearly has a genuine love for her work, is reliable and you can trust her to follow through on meeting the particular needs of all your pets. Tanya did dog walks and pet sitting for our two cats and one (very active) dog and did a fantastic job. Our dog and cats looked forward to her visits, and did very well whilst we were away. The regular photo and video updates were VERY much appreciated and gave us the reassurance that all was well. Tanya went above and beyond to ensure that the animals were comfortable, stress-free and well fed. Thanks Tanya for all that you have done and we look forward to using your services in the future.
