I have just finished puppy school with my boy Oakley and cannot recommend this more. I spent a fair bit of time looking at what other trainers offered and felt it was quite basic. Having owned a dog before I was confident with the basic stuff but wanted more help with certain puppy behaviours and socialisation. Our Oakley has taken to everything Tanya has taught us and we've gotten on top of a lot of behaviours or know how to handle them. This is the kind of training that should be offered at puppy schools. We initially got in touch with Tanya as we have a big dog who was very reactive towards other dogs, making it difficult when on walks and trying to get him to socialise with other dogs. Tanya's growly to Waggy program helped our dog to overcome a lot of his issues and become a much easier dog to walk and take out and about. We then moved onto intermediate where our dog got a lot more exposure to other dogs and also has learned a lot of new things. We have continued to do the classes on a regular basis as our dog loves it so much. He has become a much better dog because pf all Tanya's help. The training has been so helpful that we felt confident enough to get a new puppy, which we never could have done previously. We are now enrolled in puppy school which is going great. We had a great time at Puppy school Ruby Rose was in her element. We went home and practiced a lot of what we learnt in class which were very important cues not just to see how clever our pup was but also to teach her very important safety commands. After the learning was done our pups played so well together. Ruby would go home exhausted. Great to help her keep social. I have two crazy Jack Russels that are always running around excitedly & I needed to teach them some basic commands & help them settle down sometimes when we had visitors.
