I recently started returning regularly to my gym back home following a shoulder/bicep injury. It would have been easy to take the week off while on vacation in VA Beach, but I have been making positive progress lately on my barbell exercises. I looked into gyms with personal trainers in the area and it seemed like LFT would be a great fit. I was not disappointed! Kelli, the owner, was very helpful in answering questions and setting me up with Gregg as my trainer. The workouts were great and a chance for me to make several improvements to my form. Gregg is very knowledgeable and patient. I am so glad I went 3 times this week. The space is big/open, with connected power racks. The sweetest dogs grace the space - they were a delight. Stopped in twice during a vacation in the area. Good schedule options, easy sign up as a visitor, and a great facility. The equipment is clean and the space is well designed. Coach was good. helped me on a couple of form issues, and assisted on a modification. Less
