I have not been particularly fond of paintless dent removal (PDR) in the past. My previous experiences led me to believe that while they could restore vehicles with significant dents to a like-new condition, they struggled with minor door dings. I have consistently achieved better results with a body shop that I trust. Recently, I encountered an unfortunate incident where my car was struck in a parking lot. After receiving a quote from the body shop, they suggested I consider PDR. I obtained two estimates; one was uncertain about their ability to remove the dent but was willing to attempt it. The second estimate from Virginia Dent expressed confidence in their capability to eliminate the dent. Given that the PDR estimate was significantly lower than the body shop's quote, I decided to proceed with it. My expectations were modest, but I thought I could always return to the body shop if the PDR did not yield satisfactory results. To my delight, Virginia Dent delivered exceptional results. There was a minor imperfection that, unless one knew where to look, would be virtually undetectable. The following day, after washing my car, I could not locate that imperfection. While I could potentially find it again with thorough searching, the average observer would likely never notice it! I wholeheartedly recommend Virginia Dent for all your paintless dent removal needs.

I wanted to say a big thank you to Virginia Dent Repair for providing me with a very professional and quick estimate for the shallow/light hail damage to my car. My insurance company had given me a very low-ball and inaccurate estimate of repair cost, however they readily accepted Virginia Dent's more accurate estimate. Unfortunately I didn't have the car repaired because it didn't make as much financial sense as compared to selling the vehicle with the minor hail dents and accepting the insurance compensation (dents were hard to see with the naked eye unless you looked at the proper angle in the right light).
