I started attending about a month ago and the staff and other members are so welcoming and knowledgeable. They have really pushed me and encouraged me to continue my fitness journey. It is so rewarding to see movements and workouts that I couldn’t previously complete, now be accomplished. I am excited to continue improving everyday.

Been going for about a month and a half now. From not very active at all to jumping into CrossFit has been a challenge, but the people are so friendly, and the energy is super contagious. Great folks and very conscious of the capabilities and limitations at every skill/age level. I am a newer member and haven't been too regular due to my travel schedule. However, my traveling days are ending soon. I am looking forward to establishing a 3-day per week routine! Crossfit is fun and even more so with a coaching staff dedicated to your success!
