Every day is a challenge and for newbies like me, there is clear instruction into what the movements need to be. Come on in and leave with a sense of accomplishment knowing you put it all out there to get the workout completed!

Great atmosphere! Great coaches. Instructed me and scaled back everything to beginner level. Made me not feel unknowledged in all the cross fit lingo. Fun classes. Highly recommend.

I have now been going to classes for a little over a month. I have not done this type of training for over 40 yrs. The coaches are awesome and Make sure that you understand and feel comfortable. The classmates are wonderful as well. My strength has increased and i look forward to the next class.

Overall, I thoroughly enjoy going to these soul crushing workouts. The owners are wonderful and they dance and cheer you on as you're dying in your own sweat. Love this place! Coaches are very detailed oriented, they take the time to focus on proper form. They have tough programming but always customize it to your level. They go over the workout in detail and I especially like the warm up before each session. Highly recommend.

There is low staff turnover which is great. As a stay at home mom I was hesitant to have my daughter in a daycare setting but this place has exceeded all my expectations.

Joined Bear Down when we relocated to texas. From the first day we showed up it has been fantastic. The coaching staff is friendly and knowledgeable, anyone can start Crossfit independent of your current fitness level, because the coaches can help you scale to your needs. The programming is diverse and challenging. But by far it is the community that sets this place apart. Come check it out!!
