I've been going to Revolution Fitness for over a year and absolutely love it there. I specifically do semi-private training with Steph (and occasionally one of the other coaches). Steph and all other coaches are wonderful. The programs put together for me are thoughtful and have a good balance of feeling challenging without being too challenging. If I'm really struggling or experiencing pain, Steph is really good about making adjustments. My physical therapist has been consistently impressed with the workouts that Steph comes up with. On top of that, not only have I made a ton of progress on my fitness goals, I have made a lot of progress in terms of my abilities inside and outside of the gym. I love the environment at RF and enjoy getting to know everyone else who joins. As someone who has found a lot of other gyms feeling unwelcoming and overwhelming, I have found that RF is one of my happy places. If you're feeling unsure, I say do it! Highly, highly recommend.
