I love this gym and community of down to Earth people. Steph, the owner, is a great coach and supportive of our goals! She also helps us with our diet and modifies exercises for me during my recovery from surgery. Love the group classes!

When I moved to the area I was looking for a gym and got a family. This group is amazing and Coach Steph and Coach Mary will push you because they know how strong you really are. I do both semi private and small group classes and love it. Two months in and I see and feel the difference. Plus nutrition guidance and constant motivation, you can’t go wrong here..

A gym that gives you results! I swear by Steph’s (gym owner) gym. I’ve tried the Y, I’ve tried planet fitness, and other gyms like planet fitness and this is the gym I personally only see results at. She keeps me motivated and I love her creative cardio and strength classes. She’s knowledgeable with nutrition and shares delicious recipes on the facebook group page. She’s always going above and beyond for her clients and the results prove it!
