Not a great experience but trying to be informational. My AC outside fan condenser unit had stopped working, not spinning up unless I manually spun it. They were quick in getting an appointment during the summer for the inspection service and over the phone they mentioned my issue was probably just the capacitor for my AC unit. When they arrived they said the motor was bad. The guy tested the capacitor as mentioned and said it was also bad, but only kept mentioning how the motor was the main issue, however, they didn’t know if they even had inventory for it and it would take another day just to check. Inspection fee was $85 dollars.Called another AC company asking if they had the motor in stock, which they did, and came to confirm if that was indeed the problem. They tested the voltage across all the components and confirmed that was just the capacitor. They replaced it and fixed the problem immediately. No motor replacement needed..After I posted my original review, this company contacted me and refunded the $85 service fee. I appreciate that they did refund the money and hope this was a one off. However, I am leaving this updated review because this was still my actual experience. Based on what happened, I would recommend getting a second opinion.
