I have been a tenant with Devan Management for almost 6 months and have to say the experience has been great. I usually try not to rent from management companies whenever possible because my experience has been negative. I decided to try one more time here, and do not regret it. I found a great townhouse in Tempe and from first time meeting to look at the property the team has been amazing. Someone always responds when I have a question, often more than one person does. They are quick to come out and look at something if that is required, or get back to me with a plan. They always give notice before coming out, to verify if time works for us, etc. Also upon moving in, I realized the window screens were not solar reflective, and asked if it was possible to get them installed, and they agreed. The screens were installed within a couple of weeks, and what a difference! Our rental was clean upon move in, and move in process was smooth, we had like 15 days or so to verify all physical aspects of the property after moving in, in case we needed to add it to move in list or have them come out and address an issue. Team is professional, friendly and work diligently to respond to issues, provide or modify things to our specifications. I recommend them highly as a management company.

Derek and his team are fantastic! My home was rennovated with all new wood - look tile, 5" baseboards, and the guest bath was re-done as well with a spa like feel.. The attention to detail, and the professionalism was greatly appreciated. I had considered moving, but the updates have made me love my home again, and added to it's value

Needed a full bathroom and kitchen remodel and DeVan Management knocked it out of the park!! 10/10 would recommend and do recommend to all of my friends and family. These guys do great, honest work.

I feel so lucky to have found Derek and his team three years ago. I was an out of state landlord struggling to do things myself with a crazy work schedule, and after an expensive and drawn out eviction, Derek came in and totally changed the experience. I know they’re not doing as much property management anymore but he made it effortless for me, always having solutions in mind for any issues that came up. Most recently he and his team did a big remodel on my condo to get it ready to go on the market. It’s obvious he knows the market and its trends, and has solid connections with sub contractors and real estate agents who filled out the rest of the team. He was responsive, consistent, super knowledgeable, friendly, and a great leader. The sell of this condo will bring in a nice profit and Derek played a huge roll in it with the timing, strategizing, beautiful remodel, and assembling the team. He really knocked it out of the park the past few years. It’s bittersweet to have everything wrapping up but I know he will continue to do great work for other people.
