I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and I 110% recommend this facility! The personal trainers are completely overqualified and able to integrate individualized training within group settings (which is a difficult task). I joined Club Perfomax five months ago and I can honestly say there is no gym or fitness program like it in Brevard. The team environment, the trainers, the group workouts, the motivation between all the members… it is all addictive. You will get in shape there is no question. I am 43, working out less hours a week than I used to, and in the best shape I have been in since my mid 20's.
