First and foremost, Luminous Exteriors is the company you should choose on your next project. We met Sean at the Home and Garden show in San Antonio, while my wife and I were hunting for a company that could install Jellyfish permanent lights on our home. The first impression was that Sean was not only incredibly knowledgeable of the lighting system, but very passionate about the product and customer satisfaction. We spoke for about 20 minutes going over the lights, the phone application, and pricing. Sean was not pushy on a sale and ultimately was just happy to have a conversation with a potential client. My wife and I felt so confident in Sean and the light system that we made a deposit and scheduled an install date. Sean arrived at our home the very next day to measure the home and order our lights. Our install was booked for the following week, which was a very quick lead time compared to other companies we spoke with. On the day of the installation, Charles arrived sharply at 8am (rarity for punctuality these days). Charles is a Jellyfish trained installer and very competent with his work. We began with a home walkthrough to determine the best spot to install the controller box, then went back over exactly where on the home we were installing the lights. Charles was such a kind and humble person; additionally, an expert at his craft. He ensured every light was level with our eves so that each light was equally visible from the street. Our installation was originally booked as a 2-day install. My wife and I are expecting our second child any day and Charles was so determined to finish our project to reduce stress on the household, that he completed the entire job in one day! After installation, Charles gave us a thorough walkthrough of the application. We covered initial pairing, zones for light mapping, scheduling lights on/off, base patterns, custom patterns, and even assisted with my first custom light pattern.
