This past Friday I purchased a Hyundai Kona and I wanted to share my experience. My first visit was a week before and I was a walk in client.I was greeted by Barry and he answered all the questions I had. He took me for a tour of what was available and showed me what I thought I wanted. These were far to big for me so back we went to other choices. I thought this was a great place to not get swindled by people but I was very wrong!I went to trade in my car I got from this place about two weeks ago and got told my car was from a salvage!Yet I was financing this vehicle for 7 years by the TD Bank!So I know paper work was forged somewhere mine never said it was salvaged or has never been in an accident!I also had an issue getting my plate because of the vin number they provided which should have been my first big red flag but I was foolish and didn't look into it more!I know better now!20,000 for a salvaged junk vehicle!Should have know the first day I had my car I had to take it back to them and make them change the back break pads! I didn’t want to write a bad review about this company, but alas. I bought a car from them and unfortunately I do not live in this province and could not personally check the car before the transaction. But before concluding the deal, I asked Peter if there were any problems with the car? To which he replied that there were no problems, no rust or dents. When the delivery man brought the car, it was already in the evening at about five o’clock and the car was dirty on the outside and I didn’t see a dent on the back door, but then two weeks after buying the car I went to the car wash and after that I found two stripes of a dent as if it had been repaired, but It’s bad after that I wrote to Peter about the fact that the car was broken and they didn’t fix this problem well. To which he replied that they did not see anything and would not correct anything. That this is my problem now. For $23,000 plus Tax. Not to mention the fact that the interior of the car was also dirty and was not even cleaned well with dog hair from the previous owner and a hole in the seat. Be very careful before buying a car from them. This is a big lesson for me with a negative ending. Good afternoon, I described everything, when I received the car at what time of day. At that time of day, plus being dirty from snow, naturally I couldn’t see anything. I saw the dent two weeks after I washed it. In addition to this dent, there are several more nuances that were initially there, I did not mention them. I didn’t consider it a serious problem, such as a hole in the seat cover or condensation from the headlights. I know that this dent was there initially, but I could not understand. But that doesn't matter anymore. Thank you, It’s my fault that I didn’t finish watching. And I accepted the car in this condition. I did everything myself. Have a good day. Less

I purchased a hylander from these guys in August. It was probably the best vehicle I've ever owned and I've bought new vehicles before. Unfortunately I had an accident and the vehicle was a total loss. Insurance covered more than what I owed because the vehicle was so good. I then went back because oregans wasn't moving to get me on the road. I purchased a Rav 4. Although it isn't as fancy as my hylander, I love it. They were great to work with, helpful with financing, made it super easy to get our vehicle. We were getting the same vehicle just a newer version so we didn’t even test drive it and they dropped it off at the house, though I wish we would have because my only complaint is that the van really smells like cigarette smoke. It is very clean, but the smell is very noticeable. We have little kids so we’re trying to air it out and febreeze it so it’s not so gross to drive around in.
