First-time client here after seeing great reviews, but unfortunately I won’t be returning. I requested builder gel (and had texted ahead since it wasn’t listed online), but ended up getting hard gel instead. Communication with my nail tech, Tram, was minimal—she didn’t explain what she was doing or check in during the process.After removing my previous set, she applied hard gel, but the nails came out flat, uneven, and without an apex. I had to stop her and ask for corrections, and even then I had to keep checking them myself. The shapes didn’t match, and there was little attention to detail. I also had to request cuticle cleanup, which was an extra charge.Overall, the appointment took 2.5 hours and the experience didn’t meet expectations.Update : I truly appreciated that the owner followed up afterward—twice—to make things right. He kindly offered a redo with his head specialist or a full refund. It’s clear he takes pride in his business and cares about his clients, and he was very nice and professional throughout the process, which I genuinely appreciated.

Came in for a fill on my builder gel and came out with the most amazing new set! My tech BB really took her time sculpting, explaining and making sure I was comfortable and happy every step of the way :)

One of my favorite places to come and relax and get my nails done. I’m a school teacher so sometimes my time is limited but they always make you feel at home and relaxed. Even the first time I came here, it was one of the best spa pedicures I had had in a long time so I try to make it a point to sneak back in when I can.The ladies are very detailed with your nail care and always ask what you’d like or how you’re feeling throughout your services. I would highly recommend if you’re in need of some de stressing time. I’ll be back for sure.
