Jade's local knowledge put us at ease and our transfers were seamless. From pick up in Cairns, to our click and collects along the way and a stop at Innisfail Seafoods, we couldn't have been more happy with the service. The friendly conversation on the way made us feel like we were in good hands and relaxed. Jade drove us directly to the Water Taxi where we met Rob and were helped with our luggage and supplies for the week ahead. Once on board, Jade and Rob shared their local knowledge of the waters and Islands as we made our way to Bedarra. Once we arrived, Rob navigated his way around the coral allowing us to disembark directly onto the beach. We were then assisted with our luggage and supplies and were reassured that if we needed anything to let them know. We did run out of some supplies and a quick text to Jade and Rob had these delivered to us within 2 hours. It was really wonderful service and very much appreciated. The day before our departure, Jade messaged us our pick up times. Rob and Jade arrived on time and we were once again seamlessly on board for our trip back to Mission Beach. For our comfort, Rob and Jade changed boats as it was a bit choppy on the way back. A nice touch and very much appreciated. Once we arrived in Mission Beach, we were transferred by Rob and Jade directly at the dock for the journey back to Cairns by car. After a stop off at our request in Innisfail and more friendly conversation and many laughs, we bid farewell to Jade at our accomodation in Cairns. We recommend Jade and Rob for all your Mission Beach transfers. They are professional, yet personable, their communication is on point and service levels are exceptional. This is truly what makes a holiday great. We are so glad to have met Jade and Rob and we didn't feel like it was goodbye, we left with new friends. Less

Jade and Rob do a fantastic job. We went across to Dunk Island on their water taxi. When I asked about stingers at the boat ramp Jade went and got stinger suits for us and then when I forgot my swimmers on the boat she delivered them to our accomodation without being asked. Jade and Rob are the epitome of professionalism. LOVE this couple. From the moment they met us at Clump point we knew they were incredible. They took control of taking our supplies onto the boat so we didn't have to do anything. They took control of taking our supplies onto the boat so we didn't have to do anything. Drove our vehicle back to their secure storage shed and then we headed over to our destination at East Bedara Island. Chatting to them was like chatting to freinds, such a lovely couple. Dropped us off until it was time to return to bring us back 8 days later. We are not going to lie, the seas on our return were wild. Rob tried twice to get to us but once had to turn back as they didn't want to risk our safety. Second attempt proved his capability as a captain of a boat as he safety got us back through the storm with professionalism and sea knowledge that made us feel safe. All credit to Rob for his skills and to Jade patiently waiting in the rain on the dock to again help us get all our items back to our vehicle so that we had a smooth transfer back to our accommodation. Just love this couple, so professional, so kind and so worthy of a 5 star review as they went above and beyond not only for our safety but also to become someone we would be proud to call freinds. Jade and Rob provided the water taxi transport to and from East Bedarra island from Mission Beach and it was absolutely wonderful! Because of the tide schedule, the departure time varies, however, Jade and Rob were in contact with our car service to ensure their times were coordinated. Since the only way to have food on East Bedarra is to purchase it from Woolworth’s ahead of time, Jade and Rob m... More

Jade and Rob provided the water taxi transport to and from East Bedarra island from Mission Beach and it was absolutely wonderful! Since the only way to have food on East Bedarra is to purchase it from Woolworth’s ahead of time, Jade and Rob made the grocery pick up, loaded the boxes onto the boat so when the car service dropped us off at the dock, the groceries were already loaded on the boat!
