I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with Springbank Skin Centre. I had a prepaid appointment scheduled as part of a package I purchased on Nov 14 and all I received was an email notification that my appointment was cancelled—no courtesy call, nothing. To make matters worse, my mom recently purchased an $800 gift certificate for my birthday from here, and no one is answering our calls. The website now states the business is permanently closed?! This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. As a long-time customer, we expected better. The way this situation has been handled is unprofessional and disrespectful to your clients who have been going there for years. I need someone to contact me immediately to arrange a full refund!!! I went for Genisis Laser and signed up for their 5 treatments. I received one treatment and the next one they told me to come back in 2 weeks. The date of the appointment they canceled via email and when I arrived for my appointment I haven’t seen the email yet. The owner said that the my technician left and that she was not coming back. I asked for a refund because I only signed up because of the technician. Amanda Martin the owner said no worries I’ll refund you. Then couple of days later I emailed and phoned but they are MIA. This place closed down and their website is gone! They never refund me before closing their business!!! $735 dollars paid for nothing!! No contact just nothing! I absolutely love going to Springbank Skin Center! I have seen great results and I’m only on my second treatment. I love the staff there, they are super kind and friendly. Not to mention also super fast you are in and out with your treatment. I recommend this place to everyone🤍 Less
