I have dealt with several caregiving companies and after several weeks, I am thoroughly impressed with how they manage their caregivers, scheduling and customers. Natoya Williamson, on the inside has been terrific with scheduling and the caregivers for my mom, Rosemary Wong and Kay Davis - so lucky I have them. A joy to work with them from a far. They get all five stars for taking pride in their jobs and very professional. Hats off to all.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Caregivers of America. They have been an incredible blessing to my mother and our family. The agency has provided caregivers who are compassionate, patient, dependable, and truly dedicated to improving my mother's quality of life.Lanita is amazing. She prepares my mother's breakfast and keeps her engaged with memory games and activities that stimulate her mind. It's comforting to know my mother is not only being cared for but is also encouraged to stay mentally active.Edith is exceptional. Getting my mother to bathe has always been one of our biggest challenges, but Edith has a special way of making her feel comfortable and willing to cooperate. Her patience, kindness, and understanding have made such a positive difference in my mother's daily care.Both caregivers treat my mother with dignity, respect, and genuine compassion. I am truly grateful to Caregivers of America for providing such outstanding caregivers, and I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality home care for a loved one.

I have been extremely satisfied with the service provided by CareGivers of America in Broward County.My mother, who recently turned 95, had been living alone and taking care of herself for many years. Eventually, however, it reached a point where my brother and I realized she needed some assistance. We contracted with CareGivers and could not be more pleased with how things have turned out. The firm itself is easy to deal with and very responsive—even on very short notice—for requests to have additional weekend or evening help, to answer questions, or for last minute suspensions or other changes in service.A year ago we decided that it would be best to have my mom move to a nearby assistedLiving facility, and although the facility provides necessary services from in-house aides, we wanted to continue using someone from CareGivers to help supplement the good work that those aides provide.While the firm—CareGivers—itself does excellent work for us, the most important reason for our great satisfaction with them has to do with the individual Care Giver they have provided to us, and who has been working with my mother through good times and bad for several years now. Her name is Dieuvona Thervil, though everyone calls her Dee. There has been no greater gift to my family than this woman, whose skills, caring attitude, intelligence, cheerful attitude, honesty, friendship and companionship have been literally a godsend. From visiting my mom — on her day off—when mom was hospitalized following a fall, to helping us navigate health insurance and computer issues and difficulties, to being available to me for late night calls— to her home —whenever emergencies arose, I simply cannot say enough good things about her. I have been using CareGivers of America for a couple of years now to help with the care of my mother who has Alzheimer's Disease. Lasandra has coordinated her caregivers and has always been quick to respond to any requests or difficulties. Jennifer, my mom's primary caregiver, is so terrific that neighbors have frequently commented on the care they have witnessed her taking with my mother "when she doesn't know that anyone is looking." On the one day she takes off each week, Lasandra has found another aide (Eunice) for my mother who shows the same care and attention to detail as Jennifer. I feel truly blessed to have a CGA as part of my mother's support system to allow me the peace of mind necessary for this long battle.
