As I entered the healthcare system, helping my godfather through several illnesses and ultimately home healthcare. I encountered many different healthcare providers, but without question, the standout five stars has to go to caregivers of America. The individual attention care and empathy that we received from Jenny Cheryl IDEN and the entire team was simply outstanding. Every time I called no matter the time of day or day of week. Someone was there to answer my call or return the call very quickly.I even venture to say the attentiveness was better than anything we received from our specialist and the hospital. The amazing individuals that took care of my godfather Doug and most importantly Woody were outstanding providers, but quicky became very close friends for all of us in the family. If you have a loved one, then you wanna take care of best you can join the family of caregivers I am that serious they are that good thank you for the team. Can’t say enough of how you made this process, comfortable affordable, and outstanding as it could be.

I have used CGA for both my mother before she passed and now with my father and cannot say enough good things about our experiences. We worked with Clover and it made dealing with difficult and emotional situations easier. She is super responsive and proactive and took this aspect of caring for my parents off my shoulders as I dealt with other issues. The aide for my mother is almost a part of the family at this point and we were able to get her back to help my father which made him more comfortable as they already had a relationship but all the other aides have been pleasant and professional as well. When you let someone into your home to care for you it's a difficult situation to have to adjust to as you give up some of your independence but CGA and specifically Clover have made the process seamless as seamless as possible. They/she also helped guide us through the process when we initially needed an aide and weren't familiar with what that entailed. I would definitely recommend them.

My dad has been in hospice care for over a year. During that time and before then, he (and my mom) has received the most incredible care from the caregivers from CareGivers of America. Shewana Brown, Ceta Fraser and Josette have been extremely attentive, engaging, caring and kind. We couldn’t ask for a better team. My dad has major challenges as he has no strength to move himself and these ladies get him out of bed every day via a hoyer lift. Moreover they ensure to his personal needs making sure he is clean and comfortable. They work very well with the people from Hospice. I also have to say that working with this agency has been a pleasure. They do not miss a beat - if every one of the ladies has to take some time off I never have to be concerned about coverage. Natoya Williamson, from the agency, has been very helpful. We really appreciate all they have collectively done for our dad and our family.

We have had an amazing experience with CareGivers of America! Everyone who has assisted us from Adi to our caretakers Annie and now May have been wonderful, professional, kind and caring. I couldn’t ask for a more positive experience for my parents. I would highly recommend them!
