My mother received services from CareGivers in her own home for several years, and 24/7 for the past two plus years before mom passed at almost 98 years old. Mom was physically frail but mentally intact up until she passed. Although weekend and evening staff changed over the years, mom's main caregiver Erlyne was with her for 4 years and she was awesome. She faithfully ensured mom made her doctor's appointments, took her shopping and around when she was mobile, and was a wonderful companion. As we (both daughters) live over 1200 miles away, she was our touchstone and she inspired confidence in mom's care arrangements. Staff was well-trained, kind and caring especially Erlyne and Marie and the office worked well with us for mom's needs when we could not be there.
