My brother and I would not have been able to make it through the past 2 1/2 years without CareGivers of America's wonderful aides and office staff. My parents received in-home care until their recent move to assisted living. As we both live out--of-state, being able to trust the agency providing services to our cognitively declining parents was crucial - We've had wonderful home-care aides (Gratitude to Marie, Rosena and Edeline) and our coordinator Eden provided support whenever it was needed. You can tell that an agency is top-notch by how they manage problems. We did have one issue with an aide who was less than trustworthy, but to CareGivers credit, they handled the situation with respect, and remedied it swiftly and professionally. In the Boynton area there is no shortage of home-care companies but I would never even bother using any other. Thanks also to Alexxis, Erica and crew in the business office for all your hard work. I just wanted to come on here so I can tell you all about the wonderful experience I had with Nicole. She was the first person that I spoke to when I called Caregivers of America. I was so impressed with her gentle phone manner. She was absolutely exceptional at making me feel at ease she is a very compassionate kind, loving, caring woman, and is probably one of the best people I’ve ever spoken to for any need that I had in the past. Although I went in another direction and hired a private aide for my mother through a friend, I just had to let all of you know how amazing Nicole is. She is a rare gem; A diamond in the rough and she can help you with all of your needs and concerns. Thank you Nicole from the bottom of my heart for helping me at such a stressful time in my life.
