Very disappointed in Fasada as far as product support; purchased blinds for our sliding door and they stopped working; blinds still under warranty and yet Fasada wants us to take them to the manufacturer in Toronto to get repaired. We paid Fasada for the blinds, Fasada should take care of this; obviously, after sale service and customer satisfaction not important to them; there are many other window covering services around, look elsewhere than Fasada.

I bought shutters from Fasada in Oakville about four years ago and have really enjoyed them. Recently, a few of the clips wore out and Tomas Cruz spent some time replacing them for me.i really appreciate his professionalism and kindness. I appreciated the "call" Tom but like I said the 1st review maybe your employees should stop doing side jobs. Right now I'm sitting waiting for the manufacturers service technician to "look" at a window that was installed months ago that won't even latch closed to most likely have to rip out to replace. All 3 crank windows were jammed within weeks and wouldn't open. What a joke!!

I am very pleased with my dealings with Fasada Windows. Tom was very professional as he visited to measure the widows and prepare a quote.Their quote was the most competitive of three. The vinylbilt window is a quality product and a Canadian company. The windows were delivered within the estimated time frame and installed immediately. The installation crew, Tony and Rich, were also professional, friendly and cleaned up inside and out as they were installing. The entire operation deserves a well done ! And I would have no problem recommending them to my friends. In fact, I already have.
