Due to my unique genetic mutations and the diseases they cause, I am THE UNICORN among the horses, with this being said, I almost lost consciousness but for the quick and proper protocols and compassion was taken by this tech. She had already consulted with their Medical Director prior to the infusion to ensure my safety. Furthermore, she responded as ALL medical professionals SHOULD. I am an educated medical professional with 30 years of palliative care experience and together, she made what is usually a frightening experience, very helpful and safe. She made me feel at ease, w/ her quick actions and extreme attention to detail, I never lost consciousness and recovered completely. They offer many additional services that are still going to be extremely beneficial. Thanks to the entire team at this location. I am a full disclosure patient and this benefits you and the staff when you're able to effectively communicate your needs. Now that I have a place that I can trust (more than I do a local ED), I am a client for life! Thank you to all who assisted me and my family today. You guys are next level. She was able to do (manually) what is usually done with a Fluoroscopy machine. The hospitals in the area (I've been admitted to several) have to page the "IV Team and use a machine to find my veins. She was able to do this manually w/ success, it's not her fault that I have diseases that makes her job impossible. It's frustrating for everyone all around but she kept calm, composed and acted swiftly and properly. I was impressed 👍 THANKS AGAIN & we'll be seeing you on Friday! My 8 year old daughter, never even knew that anything was happening. I wish ALL medical professionals were more like her. Every question I had was answered with true transparency and I couldn't have asked for better care all the way around. I felt safe and confident, it's been a long time since I've had this. I woke up this morning feeling hung over and dry. I finally looked into this. They had an appointment open early. So easy to schedule. Someone texted me (not just a robot) and asked me about what I needed and I said I didn’t know but this is what’s going on. They made a recommendation. I went with a liter bag of LR with Restoration. I arrived and the place is clean and trendy. The weight time wasn’t bad at all. Daphne was my nurse. She hit a vein that had never been tapped before on the first try with minimal pain. She checked on me frequently and helped me with whatever I needed. She was super nice. I told her everything going on and she called her medical director to see if we could get in an extra liter bag of NS and I’m so thankful she did. After 20 minutes on the first bag k started to feel better. 45 minutes in I felt …plump… is all I can say. Toward the end I had peed twice and had saliva again! I got 25% off landing me just under $200 and all said and done it was totally worth it. I’d totally do it again. I just left and feel slightly euphoric, relaxed, settled. I’m a believer now. Less

That afternoon I was even able to swim for a few minutes. I wish I could go every day because I had no idea how much I need these vitamins until it’s critical. Two days later I had to go back one more time (my food poisoning was that bad), but both times it allowed the vitamins and nutrients to bypass my stomach (which was rejecting literally everything, including water) and go directly into my bloodstream. I cannot state enough what a difference this place made. I felt like it saved my life. They even put me in a private room since I wasn’t feeling well. WOW what a horrible receptionist. Not only did she argue with me she told me I should have asked about my membership before my drip. I came before work to get the soother lexi the receptionist was on the phone as I was coming in which made me late for the appointment. Then after I got my drip she proceeded to say my membership did not cover my drip which was news to me since a previous employee ... More

I came before work to get the soother lexi the receptionist was on the phone as I was coming in which made me late for the appointment. Then after I got my drip she proceeded to say my membership did not cover my drip which was news to me since a previous employee told me it was every month. Lexi then advised me it was the day I paid the drip starts and she was so rude trying to make me feel dumb I will never go back because of the way I was treated. Update: the owner fixed this situation. And apologized which was very nice of her since I didn't plan on coming back. The only reason I won't though is cause I'm now uncomfortable with the experience I had. But other than that I was always satisfied coming in so I'm changing from 1 star back to 5 stars thanks to the owner. Less

I started the year off with bottles and bottles of vitamins, a cute case to organize, and found myself with a pretty upset stomach every day. It was just another thing to do! Found a GREAT affordable alternative that fits my schedule as time is always of the essence! The staff was wonderful and welcoming, and for the first time in my life, the nurse found my vein with only one poke! My “drip” was customized to my needs and concerns (love that), because ladies, this age, what our bodies go through is no joke! While I was there, just talking about all my unfortunate ailments, I was offered a trial under the inferred light. Skeptical for sure, I gave it a whirl. 22 minutes was life changing for an ongoing nerve issue I’ve had for years in my lower back and hip. I felt a difference immediately, and for the first time in years, I’ve slept like a rock the past 2 nights! I’m so excited about this, and highly recommend it!
