We have been waiting almost 3 months for Bath Innovations to return to complete relatively minor repair/finish work. We have lost confidence in their willingness to see this project through. I'll post photos later and see what my options are to get the work completed satisfactorilly.

Bath Innovations did an excellent job on renovating our bathroom to make it handicapped accessible for my Mom. Brad and his team were very attentive to our needs and concerns and the communication was great. I highly recommend them for all your bathroom renovation needs!!!!

Hire contractor will not pay the contractor,he also stop payment on the checks. Most importantly he do not follow contracts at all just bad business all around!!!!

Bath Innovations of Alabama did a great job on our guest and master bathrooms replacing vanity countertops, sinks, fixtures and remolding the existing shower in the master bath room. Anthony the in home representative brought samples and designs to us to review, listened and answered all of our wants and concerns. The installation crew were very polite and very professional in their work. I can highly recommend this company for your bath remolding needs.

I have called and asked them to make this right since they first came out a year and a half ago. STILL have peeling paint everywhere, stains on the new tile they never sealed, stains on the ceiling where they never primed before painting, and a broken threshold where they didn’t put any underlayment down. They just patch over the crappy work done initially, which I believe had to do with one particular guy working for them at the time, but instead of making it right, they came back and just patched over the underlying bad job. My bathtub tub literally is covered in peeling paint we paid them to reglaze. Paid thousands for two bathrooms and it is embarrassing to let anyone use them.

They refinished my bathtub. The guys that came and did the work were so well mannered. They worked all day removing the old coating and they cleaned up after. My bathtub looks new! thanks so much! Job well done! I will use them again.
