Coach Slate is the best! He is so encouraging, and patient. He really takes the time with each kid to make sure they understand what he’s teaching them. My 6 year old absolutely loves being in his class, and has learned so much. He has gained so much confidence since starting. If you have a son or daughter interested in wrestling this is the place to go!

Coach Slate is a great guy who cares about each wrestler and making them better. I love that he includes weight training for the wrestlers as this is a big part of wrestling as well. He is very patient and encouraging. I highly recommend his gym if you have a son or daughter wrestling or thinking about wrestling.

Coach Kevin Olsen was one of the best coaches I have ever had. Coach Olsen transformed me as a wrestler and as a man. My son is being personally trained at SWA. His goal is to become athletic. My son is 14 and has not ever been athletically inclined. However, every time he leaves his private session he is more and more confident. He looks exhausted but cannot wait for the next session. I applaud Coach Slate for his guidance and encouragement.
