I had the best remedial massage ever with Kayla at The Balance Project Remedial Massage! She is incredibly skilled at targeting the right pressure points—I came in with neck, shoulder, and lower back pain, and she worked wonders on my stiff muscles. Kayla has magic hands! I went in with shoulder and neck pain which I was struggling with for over a week, I was away on holidays and was in so much pain. As soon as I walked out the pain had subsided almost completely. The next day I felt the pain only slightly and two days after I feel great and not feeling any pain.
