Was staying in Lakeville for a month and am so grateful I found this gym. Renee is such an amazing coach: fun, motivating and kind. The other gym members were so welcoming and friendly. I was sad to leave at the end of our vacation, but I am looking forward to coming back next summer.

I’ve really enjoyed the small group fitness classes at Rise and Grind. The trainers are helpful and encouraging and the people are friendly. I’m pushing myself harder towards my goals and trying new and challenging exercises. It’s been a great experience so far.

I absolutely love the group classes at Rise and Grind. Similar to a Burn Bootcamp type workout out in the Livingston county area. They are constantly switching up the workouts and challenging you, but at the same time it caters to all ability levels.

There’s nothing I look forward to more than working with Renee! She has helped my with my softball swing so much!

Ever since she has opened Renee has changed the way I work out . Not just physically but mentally. Her gym and classes are friendly , welcoming and educational . You always feel motivated and refreshed after you leave .

I have never gotten up at 5am by choice in my entire life….until I decided to try out a class at Rise and Grind Fitness. I have now been getting up at 5am to workout 3 times a week for a year and a half! I love the variety of workouts and the friendly/fun environment . Renee is amazing, she truly makes coming to the gym fun while also pushing you. I highly recommend trying out a class!

Rise and Grind is an excellent fitness facility. The classes vary from day to day. Renee, our fitness instructor gives individual instruction and corrections on exercises. I highly recommend Rise and Grind.
