It's easy to drive, safe and comfortable, and we are able to get to more hikes further afield and to explore the country. And it looks great. We did order the van during The Time of Covid and were inevitably hit by long delays due to supply chain issues (notably delivery of the chassis) but the team at Roberts RV World, James in particular, did a good job of keeping us in the loop and enthusiastic while we waited. Seems like a distant memory now that we are able to get out on the road and can enjoy the van and the opportunities it provides. Less

The Longreach ticked all the boxes. We spent the next 12 months visiting Avida dealers as we travelled the country. That was when we met Haydn. Now, he’s a good bloke. Honest and knowledgeable. Haydn did a good deal for us & while our Longreach was delayed (as everything is) we loved collecting it ~12 months ago. We’ve had a few little hiccups along the way which Robert’s RV have rectified for us. We’ve been back several times and will now confidently give a big shoutout to Stuart as Service Manager (he’s a really good guy as well) Bec in Service reception is very helpful & efficient. I can’t miss Vanessa, she is a gem. Richard the manager is a top bloke and very approachable. Go to Roberts RV. They have done very well for us. Notwithstanding the current industry difficulties. Haydn is the man to buy from, and if he’s busy, see Margaret as she’s on the ball as well. We are very happy with Robert’s. Job completed quickly on a Saturday morning - tho excuses about inavailability to certify due to their approved gasfitter not being available. Sadly we spoke with the only lady sales person there and she was the rudest lady I’ve ever come across. She told us ‘we are just the dealer, not the manufacturer. It is what it is.’ And that was that, she didn’t want to engage in any conversation about things we could do or options etc, she was clearly just there to sell vans, never mind existing customers. We weren’t complaining in any way just looking for ideas and hoping they might have the insight to offer some suggestions. Very disappointed to say the least! Less
