Would not use them again. I did a fall starter package a year ago and the workers who spread the seed were terrible as the grass was incredibly spotty when it came in. My backyard was comparable to many of the before showcase photos they have on their website.Their scheduling system was terrible because apparently not even they know when they will show up because when you email them about it, they will just tell you that they can't look it up. This was most frustrating because they missed one of my visits and instead of getting to me the next day, they just threw me back in the scheduler and couldn't tell me when they would come back (it ended up being 2 weeks later). I also only found out they completed the final visit when they billed for it because I never got an email saying they were coming and the tech put the service sign on my neighbors lawn so I didn't even see that.The only positive thing was that they were cheaper than the other quotes I got, so I guess I got what I paid for.

I hired MowCow to remove leaves this past January. They removed them, but when they put them in their massive shredder the truck had no top. Massive amounts of leaf dust and debris just covered every surface at the end of my court, including vehicles. I emailed them to ask if this was normal and to express my surprise and received no response or acknowledgement. I followed up several weeks later to express disappointment that they couldn’t be bothered to reply, and again, no response. I would not use this company again for any reason.

I am very happy with the service I have now received. MowCow came with the proper equipment and completed the job very well. My walks and driveway are cleared and meet county and HOA requirements. Thank you, Rick and the gang at MowCow!If i could leave 0 stars i would. I have been trying to get snow removal at my home for a couple of weeks. I recognize that there have been below freezing temps AND the snow became ice. Mow cow does not have the equipment for residential sidewalk snow removal. The snow has to be removed by hand. So I keep calling to get the status of the completion of my sidewalk and the remainder of my driveway. The person who answers the phone will not give me the number of the owner as I am sure he has been instructed. I keep calling to promises and to no avail. This is bad business.

We had used MowCow for leaf removal before, and they were great. We used them again yesterday for snow removal for our private road. They did a great job! They got to us at 1am last night. I highly recommend them.

The two man team worked very hard to push the leaves to the street for follow-on crew to vacuum up. Only minus was we could only communicate through a phone translator. They were hard workers! Job was completed in less than 5 hrs.

Crew broke the fence gate. Never returned to fix. Stopped showing up to clean leaves. Do not pay them in advance.Follow-up: Crew showed up and removed leaves. The company never contacted me about making things right- I paid out of pocket to fix the fence. Avoid this company.

Mow Cow is the worst lawn care company I’ve ever hired.We hired them in the spring of 2025 to install some sod in our small backyard. Our salesman, Zac, was proactive about reaching out to us until we signed the contract and put down a deposit. Then he essentially disappeared. We had to chase him down to get the project started, which took several weeks from the initial estimate. Once the sod was finally installed, it was crickets again. We had to chase them down to get the care instructions, as well as to receive the results of a soil test for which we’d paid extra.I spent the next several weeks watering the soil twice daily, per the instructions. The sod still died within 5 weeks. I reached out to Mow Cow many, many times, trying to get some help. Was bounced around to numerous employees, each of whom promised to “follow up”, yet never did. At the mention of small claims court, they finally connected me to one of their ‘consultants’, Mark. Mark promised to revive our yard to the lush green grass for which we’d paid over $3000. This did not happen. He seeded and I continued to water the grass as instructed. By this time it was September. I was able to get the grass to almost the level it was at before sodding but that’s it.The entire experience with Mow Cow was frustrating, time-wasting, and a colossal waste of money. They are grossly unprofessional and incompetent. I would strongly recommend using any of the other hundreds of other lawn care companies in your area. Mow Cow just sucks.Edit to add: Mow Cow’s reply is blatantly untrue— the lawn never got to a good state. Also, since their reply, they never reached out to me. Again I suggest you spend your money elsewhere, this company is simply terrible.
