Without a doubt, Jed saved the day when he had an opening for my new 10 wk old poodle puppy! My new Petey received the most professional training I could have found anywhere! And Petey was able to enjoy a loving family home experience while he was learning commands as well as life experiences (such as vacuum cleaners). I have two friends who had a trainer for only 2 weeks, & they both said it’s money down the drain, and they basically had to train the dog with the basics all over again. Constant Reinforcement of commands for at least 4 weeks with an expert trainer will be so worth it, I promise! So, I ultimately chose the full 6 wk program which lasted through Thanksgiving to prevent backsliding for Petey during that busy holiday season. With lots of family visiting, I wouldn’t have been able to carry out a consistent training schedule that Jed used. So Petey is home now and we continue to practice what Petey understands to be good & correct behavior. Little Petey is happy, doing fantastic, and so am I. It’s just the two of us, so I don’t have anyone to take turns with the going out to potty, for example. I have Jed to thank for locking in that schedule we consistently follow successfully. *Also, with the 6 wk program, I have the benefit of Trainer Lifetime Support, which is real peace of mind for me! This is a long but necessary review, so I’ll close this highest recommendation possible for Jed‘s professional dog training service. It’s so worth it!!! Less

Choosing Custom Canine Training was the best decision. We are so pleased with the progress our almost 6 month old puppy made in such a short amount of time. We sent Archie to Jed’s 2 week board and train program because he was jumping constantly and very difficult to walk on a leash. He is no longer jumping and we love taking him for long walks. We're so glad we sent our puppy to Custom Canine. She is about a year old, and just finished 4 weeks of boarding/training. She's a bulldog and stubborn by nature, so we're super impressed by how much progress was made and how much she learned in such a short time. It's been super helpful with issues she had with jumping, playing too rough with the kids, and pulling on the leash. Custom Canine was amazing throughout the entire process. From the first phone call I made to today, and Bentley has been home from training over a month. Whenever I had questions, needed advice, thought I was in over my head, Jed was always there to help. Prior to Bentley even going to training. Bentley at almost 4 months old was enrolled in the 4 week board and train program. Raven (who was great) was his trainer, but Jed was also involved and available if needed. Received twice a week updates and photos. Bentley came home a different dog for the better! He is everything I wanted in a family dog. Perhaps I’m biased, being Jed’s wife but admittedly my husband continues to impress me with his ability to transform dogs and set owners up to successfully support their four legged friends. Jed’s love and interest in dogs has always been obvious and well before training other dogs, he invested himself in our own dogs.
