I highly doubt I will ever take my vehicles elsewhere for service. For 7 years I have almost exclusively booked Lodi Shell for automotive maintenance. I have never been let down once.

We called Lodi towing after I got myself in a pickle off road while visiting WI. We called the first place that came up in the Google search and they wanted $1200. We lucked into finding Lodi Shell thru a sheriff’s deputy and paid less than half that. Great service. Patient staff (Dan, IIRC). If you’re stuck in Lodi, make them your first call … not the other towing company.

After an extreme snowfall, our car slid into the ditch. The roads were a mess, but Zach came out quickly and expertly pulled us out. He was prompt, polite and skilled.

I had a screw in my tire. Dan was able to get me in immediately and repaired it within 10 minutes and for an extremely reasonable price. Stacy and Dan were a pleasure to work with per usual!

ZERO STARS! they came to tow my friends car and they Ripped his bumper off. Gave him a flat tire and charged him for pulling it 20ft. The level of incompetence of this driver is beyond me

Went there to get my window fixed as it wouldn’t roll down. Didn’t notice until months later, but when the window rolls up it ends up landing outside of the “pocket” it’s supposed to be in so to close it I have to manually press on it as I roll it up. I discovered a nail in my flat tire at the trailhead for the Gibraltar’s Rock section of the IAT. The amazing ferry workers pumped my tire and directed me to Shell Tire. They got me in, patched my tire, and had me on my way in less than 20min! I am STILL amazed and have told anyone who will listen! Thanks for restoring my faith in humanity!!! I had a flat tire this morning so I called Lodi She'll. Dan came to my house tight away, pumped up my tire, then followed me to the shop, where he put on a new tire for me and I was on my way very quickly. Dan is the best!

I used their towing service and they were phenomenal! They came quickly, even on a Saturday. The driver, Brian, was very professional and I really enjoyed chatting with him. I would definitely recommend!

got my truck stuck in snow about a half a mile off the road in a field about 16 inches of snow on ground . Called Lodi Shell and they had me unstuck and back on the road in about a half an hour!

We were having trouble with the battery in our truck but put off getting a new one. It died one day when I was running errands and luckily I got a jump and called Lodi Shell. They had the right battery by luck and said they’d squeeze us in the same day! It was finished in an hour and the battery works great even in this cold weather! Great service!

This little auto sale and towing shop has great customer service. The owner and the employees are very friendly, and they stand by the vehicles they sell. They are so easy to work with, and they made me feel like an old friend. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a good used vehicle or in need of towing.

I bought my tires here and had to bring my vehicle back to have them balanced twice. Then every time they rotated them, my vehicle came back without the tires properly balanced. When I complained the 3rd time they wouldn't call me back. Took it to Farm and Fleet and problem solved! Nice staff, but the whole experience left me a very unhappy customer. I will not return.

Dan has taken great care of our vehicles for more than 10 years. Keeps my 03 Duramax and 04 Impala running great.
