Updating my review now that I’ve been under care with Dr. Quiroz at Viva Chiropractic Center for about a year. I originally started care after a car accident, but the care I’ve received has become so much more than just injury recovery.I actually met Dr. Quiroz about three years ago through the clinic where I work, and from the beginning I could see how caring, gentle, and calming she is with people. When I first wrote a review, I said she was one of the most compassionate chiropractors I had ever met—and that continues to be my experience every visit. Her approach is very gentle and focused on the nervous system, and she truly listens to her patients. Her adjustments are gentle and effective, and she always has a smile on her face that immediately puts you at ease. I often leave my appointments feeling calmer and more balanced than when I arrived. Her clinic has such a warm and welcoming atmosphere that it truly feels like a home when you walk in.She has also greatly reduced the headaches I was experiencing from Bell’s palsy, which helped me get back to exercising. When she first suggested that I start working with a personal trainer, I honestly thought she was a little crazy 🤣—but trusting her advice turned out to be one of the best decisions for my health and recovery.Dr. Quiroz has truly been a huge blessing in my life, and I’m so thankful I met her. I’m grateful God brought me to her practice. If you’re looking for a gentle, nervous system–focused chiropractor in Frisco, or have been in a car accident, I highly recommend Dr. Quiroz and Viva Chiropractic Center.
