Our youngest three kids (15 yo twins, 13yo) have been working with Coach Taylor at CF Hungry Dog over the past year to cross train, improve and maintain their fitness levels between their sports seasons (soccer/track and field). It has been extremely beneficial for their endurance and overall strength in their performance. The proof is on the soccer field and track! Highly recommend!

The space is super clean, a ton of speal bars for the rig and a lot of equipment. The workouts are challenging and scalable for all ages and abilities. The coaches, Taylor specifically are very knowledgeable and teach the safest way to lift heavy for maximum gains. The gym also has AC which is rare in the CrossFit community. Excellent value for the personalized coaching that happens even in a full class.

The best gym in town! The coach is personable and friendly. He understands everyone’s physical abilities and limitations and adjusts workouts to fit their fitness level. Highly recommend.
