I've had a couple of scalp PRP sessions here and I absolutely will keep coming back! Not only is the staff incredibly nice and helpful but the treatment is done so quickly and painless. I have had PRP done before in other places but this place is by far my favorite and Arsema is the sweetest! They use a different needle here to inject the PRP in your scalp. A smaller one than other places, so you barely feel anything and don't even bleed. Other places I've been to due to their needle size will have you bleeding a bit when you leave. The owner Chris is also super cool and very knowledgeable with all of the treatments. Answered all of my questions on other treatments they offer that I might be interested in. I love this spa!! I came in for a sauna and cold plunge session. I was a little nervous about the cold plunge as it was my first time doing it, but Chris coached me through the process by explaining the benefits of it, showing me breathing techniques, and helping me stay in control of my mind throughout the 3 minutes I was in the tub. I absolutely loved the cold plunge and can’t wait to do it again. I do recommend that you bring a swimsuit or some clothes that you don’t mind getting wet for the tub, and a change of clothes to change into once you’ve showered! This was such an amazing experience for me i did the artic plunge and it was the best. I’ll be honest i was nervous but the instructor Chris was amazing and helped me thru the whole process. I explained to him that i suffer with fibromyalgia so i deal with alot of pain every single day. He explained that this would help me i definitely was looking forward to some relief. After a less than stellar experience at another Med Spa trying to reduce my redness with IPL, I walked into Dr. Refresh hoping for better results, and they delivered. After an impromptu & honest consultation, I booked a package of Clear & Brilliant (because they knew what I needed better than I did). They were able to squeeze me in that day, and even IPL'd my facial redness to make up for where the previous Med Spa lacked. It's been 6 days since my treatment and the results are great. I had more redness reduction from the IPL in 1x session here than I did with 3x sessions at the previous place - the Clear & Brilliant has dramatically improved my tone, texture and brown spots. This is not just my opinion, but my friends have verbally noticed and asked me what I was doing. If these are the results after 1x session, I can't wait to see the results after the 3x.
