Mortgage Broker. Three years ago I was ready to apply for a home loan and was given James' name by a friend of mine. I'm glad I contacted him. He was great to work with and secured me a great loan that suited my needs. Since then he has reviewed my loan and was able to re-negotiate to get me a smaller interest rate. I have also recommended him to my friends.

Great service. Great guy to deal with he helped us refinance our mortgage and combined all our other debt into one loan when other lenders had said no he got the job done thank you for your time and service would recommend James to all very helpful and didn’t judge us on our debts made as feel good

He'll offer suggestions in dealing with situations to suit your budget and can recommend different specialists like conveyancers etc. My finances wasnt 100% but james guided me through what i could do to make my loan application more appealing and it worked. I highly recommend james and his company to anyone and everyone in the southeast queensland area like brisbane and ipswich area. Now all i have to do is sit back and pay the bills which ends up being way cheaper than paying rent. Less
