I love the intro week of unlimited classes because I was able to try out different styles of classes and instructors (no surprise they are all amazing) I’m personally a slow and controlled Pilates princess so I love Jen’s classes but if I need some spice I will take a perreo class with Bella or HIIT sculpt with Erica

Absolutely love Drip Pilates! The studio is beautiful, clean, and so welcoming from the moment you walk in. The instructors are knowledgeable, motivating, and make classes enjoyable for every fitness level. I always leave feeling stronger, energized, and accomplished. The atmosphere is such a vibe — calming, supportive, and fun at the same time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great Pilates studio in Cape Coral!

I seriously love this place so much. Aside from it being a killer workout, I just really like the vibes. It’s fun, it’s energetic, IT’S HOT & SPICY, the music is good, it’s the exact push people look for while taking group fitness classes. The owner Ashleigh is there a lot and another huge reason I really like the place, she’s super cool!

I’ve had such a hard time finding a good group-oriented, instructor-led class that is both a great workout and held in a heated room, and Drip Pilates checks every box. It’s truly great for all fitness levels because you can modify when needed, but there is always an option to challenge yourself more in each class if you want to.All of the instructors clearly know what they’re doing, and you can tell they genuinely care about each person individually. They always ask if there are any injuries or limitations they should know about and are great at helping you modify when needed, while still making sure you get an effective workout.The community feel is amazing, welcoming, and motivating, and the studio is always so clean. Such a great place to work out and feel good!

Just took my first class here at Drip Pilates using the unlimited week and absolutely love it! The vibes are there and it is so aesthetically pleasing to look at. They provide allllll the equipment which is a plus! I’d just recommend bringing a towel for the mat. Can’t wait to continue growing with my Pilates journey.
